Alyssa brings a comprehensive background in exercise physiology and movement modification to her yoga practice. Alyssa completed her 200 RYT training in 2020 and began actively teaching her patients adaptive yoga as a part of the Adaptive Sports Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), with the intention of helping these individuals find connection and ease with moving, breathing, and down regulating their bodies.
